Bombas Socks Give Back Event SITE Northeast Young Leaders will be hosting a Give-Back Event and teaming up with Bombas Socks to better understand the issue of street homelessness in NYC and the ways that we can help our neighbors that could use a little extra care. We'll start by creating individual bags filled with Bombas' durable socks and other goodies, such as bottled water and granola bars, while also learning about Bombas' important mission from their company representatives. We will then break into teams and hit the streets to distribute the care packages straight to those in need. *Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing, as we will be walking a few blocks to distribute the care packages. |

SITE Young Leaders take on Yankees Stadium! Join SITE Northeast Young Leaders (35 years of age and under, or young at heart) as we savor the beautiful NYC spring weather at a baseball game at Yankee Stadium while enjoying some food and drinks on the Budweiser Party Deck. Network with industry peers while cheering on the New York Yankees versus the Seattle Mariners for what is sure to be an exciting and memorable event! Included in the event registration is access to the Budweiser Party Deck from 5:00pm to 6:30pm, where we will enjoy hot dogs, soft pretzels, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. We will meet at the Hatbox at the Refinery Hotel New York at 4:00pm to distribute tickets and then take the subway over to Yankee Stadium together to experience a fun-filled night under the lights! |

SITE Young Leaders Take on the Empire State Building STATE Grill and Bar, New York City SITE Northeast Young Leaders joined together this July to take on the Empire State Building! The evening kicked off at STATE Grill and Bar on the ground floor where a friendly game-night ensued. Following, attendees experienced a VIP tour of the back-of-house operations of the Empire State Building before concluding with breathtaking views 86 floors above New York City. |

Event Testimonial...
In July, I attended the Taste of Brooklyn event put on by the SITE Northeast Young Leaders. It was one of the most creative industry events I’ve ever attended!
We met at Roebling Sporting Club, a totally cool neighborhood bar in Brooklyn. After a tasty local cocktail, we divided into teams. We then had the opportunity to visit and taste delicious pizza, meatballs and gnoccis-from three uniquely Brooklyn restaurants. There was even a competitive team component for the most creative photo for Instagram- it was so fun watching all the teams trying to come up with the most unusual!! We ended the evening at the Brooklyn Winery, where they make some of the most delicious wines I’ve ever had, and enjoyed more local food. The event offered such a wonderful opportunity to visit and experience this hip New York borough.
With over 25 years in this industry, I have been to my fair share of supplier/ buyer networking events. This was hands down one of the most creative, unique, and fun ways to get to know some wonderful people in this industry.
Thank you SITE Northeast Young Leaders- you guys sure know how to put together a fantastic event! You guys rocked it!!

2ND ANNUAL SCAVENGER HUNT: DISCOVER THE NEW DOWNTOWN! The SITE Northeast Young Leaders Scavenger Hunt is back! Your mission? To discover the new Downtown. If you think you know all there is to know about Manhattan's Financial District, you're in for a challenge. Dip, duck, dodge and dive your way around the cobblestone streets of FiDi as you work in teams to solve tasks sent to you stealth-mode on your smart phones, courtesy of CityHunt. Reception kicks off promptly at 5:30pm at the newly renovated Penthouse at Gild Hall, A Thompson Hotel. Teams will be formed. Bonds will be made. Make your way back to our closing reception at Convene Old Slip by the time deadline, or be prepared to face the consequences (okay, a little dramatic, but you get the point)! |

METS GAME @ CITIFIELD SITE New York Young (and Young at Heart) Leaders joined together for a spectacular evening to close out summer in style. Starting off with a mingling reception at Southwest Porch in Bryant Park, the team braved rush hour to subway over to CitiField to see the Mets take names against the Phillies. The Young Leaders received fantastic field seats just off first base, enjoying great networking, cuisine and the occasional fly ball! |

PHILHARMONIC IN CENTRAL PARK SITE Young Leaders New York celebrated the beginning of summer with the New York Philharmonic in Central Park! The evening began with a private cocktail reception at The Wright at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, followed by an evening under the stars with the New York Philharmonic in Central Park. Site Young Leaders joined in the VIP lawn section and relaxed out under the stars for a picnic dinner with wine, fabulous music, and ending with an amazing fireworks show. SITE Young Leaders SoHo Scavenger Hunt! Over 30 young and “young at heart" professionals came together to participate in SITE Young Leaders’ inaugural event of the year, an exclusive SoHo Scavenger Hunt sponsored and completely customized by cityHUNT. The evening kicked off with a reception at The Library at Trump SoHo, featuring delicious appetizers and beverages from Koi. Young Leaders were split into teams and then competed in a series of clues, challenges and picture tasks via smart phone throughout the picturesque streets of SoHo. Team bonding was in full effect with tasks ranging from local landmark selfies, recording a team cheer, serenading a stranger on bended knee and extremely creative “planking.” Finally, Houston Hall sponsored a nail biting awards reception in the private Red Room, providing craft brews and bar bites while the winning teams were revealed. On May 25th, Site members networked with industry peers while cheering on their favorite hometown team. In the biggest rivalry in New York City, the Yankees took on the Mets at the annual Subway Series - it was a fight to the end! |
