Dear SITE Northeast Community,
It is truly an honor to step into the role of President of the SITE Northeast Chapter for 2026. I am grateful for your trust and energized by the opportunity to serve such a passionate, engaged, and supportive community.
As we look toward 2026, this year is about connection, intention, education, and networking, ensuring SITE Northeast continues to be a vehicle where ideas turn into impact and relationships lead to growth. Rooted in SITE’s global mission to connect and improve the incentive travel industry, our chapter is committed to showcasing the innovation, diversity, and expertise that define our region and elevate its role within the industry.
Our focus for the year ahead is clear: driving meaningful membership growth; advancing professional education; prioritizing sustainability, health, and wellness; strengthening inter-chapter relationships; empowering confident leadership; and building strategic partnerships that expand opportunity and influence. Every initiative is designed with one goal in mind - setting our members up for success, both professionally and personally.
We also proudly support the SITE Foundation and the SITE International Board of Directors, contributing to education, research, and advocacy that elevate our industry and prepare it for the future. I am proud to serve alongside our new Board of Directors - an exceptional group of leaders whose vision, collaboration, and commitment will help turn our goals into meaningful outcomes for our members and our industry.

We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of our dearly loved 2019 SITE Northeast USA Chapter President, Jeannette Lupachino, CMM, CIS, HMCC, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Jeannette's contributions to our Chapter started the moment she joined our board. In particular her tireless efforts in the creation of our keystone event, our annual Silent Auction, truly drove our chapter to the next level of success. Due of Jeannette’s hard work and initiative, we have been able to offer scholarships to our members to attend valuable and educational industry events for the past 3 years, and allowed us to grow our footprint of SITE Northeast leaders on a global scale. In addition the moment Jeannette walked into a room everyone felt welcomed, valued and part of our greater family. I know I am echoing everyone’s feelings of appreciation for Jeannette’s unrelenting dedication, support, leadership and friendship. To say she will be deeply missed by us all by us all is an understatement. In recognition of Jeannette's invaluable contributions to the incentive travel community, we are honored and humbled to dedicate an annual $1,000 Chapter Scholarship in her name - "The Jeannette Lupachino SHINE Scholarship", to be used for one SITE Northeast Member to attend a SITE Global event or Educational Program hosted by our Chapter, decided on an annual basis by the SITE Northeast USA Board of Directors. We have named it the Jeannette Lupachino SHINE scholarship based on key qualities Jeannette demonstrated both personally and professionally: • Success • Hospitality • Innovation • Nurture • Energy "When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure." |
